To provide and secure the service, generate responses, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. QUATA AI runs on self-hosted models — your conversations are not sent to third-party AI providers for core functionality.
Your conversations and account are private to you. One user cannot access another user's data, and one organization cannot access another's.
You can edit your profile, change your password, and delete your account (which removes your conversations) at any time from Settings.
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, associated data is removed subject to standard backup rotation.
